Tamika Jones graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center with a Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude, in May 2006. During law school, Tamika was an active member of Nova Law Review, the student chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). 

Tamika was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate.
